What I expected to happen was...:
Have block placement sounds play when placing blocks on redstone ore.
What actually happened was...:
No sounds played when placing the block
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place restone ore
2. Place a block by rightclicking on the redstone ore
3. Notice that no placement sound played

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-163921, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
