1. Turn off the game and enter again (large red bar)
2. Not everyone quickly loads chunks, more holes appear but then it loads.
3. Rotate the camera 360 degrees (a red and yellow bar FPS alt + f3 appears).

You should find them in .minecraft/crash-reports.
Additionally, it would be useful if you could run /debug start while the lag occurs, wait a while and then run /debug stop in order to create a debug profile. Afterwards, run /debug report.
If you do not have the permission to run these commands, open your world to LAN and enable cheats. If you're on a server, make sure that you're a server operator in order to execute these commands.

Is this always reproducable? Can you attach a log or force a crash (Hold c +F3 for 10 sec) and attach the crash dump?
