[MC-16830] villagers spam the heh sound

Villagers spam their sound. when you have more than 4 villagers you hear a hehh sound every 0,5 second. I know they are weird/curious but It's allmost a busy market.

but they are supposed to say other noises like yes, no, haggle and a trading sound (which only plays when you trade)
me in my huge village all hear is heh and uh sounds.

They say "huh" the same way cows say "moo". Way too often and way to monotonously. Their AI isn't complex enough to be less repetitive. Frankly I'd rather see the developers work on Villagers avoiding danger than the noises, but that "huh" sure is annoying.
