[MC-168309] My Minecraft Sound will not work at all

Using the Template, my issue is as follows:

What I expected to happen was...:
I could hear anything at all

What actually happened was...:
Not a single sound was being sent from my game

Steps to Reproduce:
1. It happens on every single version of the game OTHER than specifically 1.14 for some reason.

I have no other way of telling you what I did. I have looked through every single Sound post on this forum and not a single one works for me. It is on the menu screen and in game where I get no sound.

Try pressing F3 + T to reload resource packs and sounds. Does that help?

Sadly it does not work. I have tried most do it yourself methods but none seem to work.
