Found a Bee Nest with no Bees in Sight

I found a Bee Nest in the plains biome, but it's empty and there are no bees nearby. It was like this even when the chunk with the bee nest first loaded

For reference, this is on a new world that was made when the bee update came out to Java, and is a 1.15 world.
