I afked in a fish farm over night in Realms. Now when I log on I can't connect due to "Timed out".

If I get on the server I stay there for 1-2 minutes before it times out again.**

What I expected to happen was...:
Log-in and gameplay to work. 

What actually happened was...:
I afked over night. When I came back I was kicked when I started moving. The connection "Timed out". Now I can't play anymore on the server, because it kicks me after a few minutes and the things I do during that time is not there the next time I get to connect to the server for a couple of minutes. My friend also can't connect to the server.
