Multiple text fields will show flashing cursors
To recreate:
Open Multiplayer Menu
Click add server
Click on the server address field
Click on the server name field
You should now see 2 flashing cursors

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-147605, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
