Eating or drinking drives don't happen, I don't know if they have yet launched third person eating / drinking drives, or my minecraft can be cracked (pirated).

You're launcher is not cracked or pirated. Prior to snapshot 19w46a, all food can now be consumed in Creative mode including cake.
