Sometimes it works, but most of the time going through the End exit portal crashes the game. This might be an issue with Spigot or Bukkit or one of the other plugins on this server I play on, but it always happens. The Dynamic Map plugin says I've gone to the overworld and am at by bed, but my game just gets stuck at the "Loading terrain" screen and I need to force quit the game.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.15.1 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
