Item name color disappear in anvil (resolved)

I had this issue in 1.14 as well,

Items with any coloring in the name when taken out of an anvil will remove the coloring.

Items with colored lore stay the same but the name color is removed :/

Edit: The first item in the anvil is the same item with a dark blue colored name
