The Bug
When in a raid (Or just spawning the mob in) when clicking the bell all mobs that participate in the raid are shown (even the Illusioner) except the Vex despite still participating in the raid.
Replicate
Summon or Start Raid
Have some Vex be summoned
Ring Bell
Notice Vex not get the Glowing Effect

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-148845, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved. That means that this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
