Since about 1.14, from time to time the view in-game snaps back after turning. It doesn't seem to be associated with server/connection lag, as it happens even in single-player. It doesn't appear to be associated with CPU use or RAM use, as it can happen when neither is under demand.
Clearly, when you're trying to turn and run, or navigate winding spaces, this can cause serious gameplay issues.
