[MC-16929] zombie breaking door glitch

if you kill a zombie in the sametime the zombie breaking the door the scratches will stay forever but sometimes it just disappear and if you try to breake it it stays like a scratchesblock and sometimes when the zombie break's the door the scratchesblock stay's

left door: the one i broke
right door: the one the zombie broke

And this ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
