The armor stands spawn with the head facing downward, and this makes helmets tilt downward when placed, making cool objects that are created with a block inside them not look right. It seems minor, but for making things like a keyboard or chessboard, it does not work.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-80973, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved. That means that this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
