Pick Block on Item Frame Broken

Using Pick Block on an item frame no longer gives the item in the frame, only the block behind.

Linked issues

Make sure you're close enough to the Item Frame not the block behind it.

Attempts to reproduce haven't worked. Guess it was just a one time thing, as I was defiantly close enough. Oh well.
