[MC-169849] piston can stay extended without a signal by doing it in a certain and weird way

i couldn't get everything into the video without it being over 10 mb, but if you break the block adjacent to the piston it will power for a reason that i do not know and it will stay powered. with no signal, until a block update

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-108, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has already been resolved. That means that this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
