For the past few months no aquatic mobs have spawned ANYWHERE in my world except for guardians, elder guardians, and drowned. I've tried using the ocean_reviver pack but it doesn't do anything. I only have 4 fish spawned from buckets in my world and I've already tried killing all aquatic mobs(including tropical fish). Nothing works. Playing in 1.14.4 (it wouldn't let me add the correct version? idk)

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.15.1 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.
