Bell Doen't show on third person perspective

Steps To Recreate:
1. Effect with yourself with invisibility. I used this command: /effect give sourTaste000 minecraft:invisibility 1000000 255 true

2. Switch to third-person perspective by pressing f5

3. Look at the bell through your skin

4. Shows the stick but hides the bell.
