Bed Pains

 Avatar wakes up from bed, but ends up partly in a block above and starts to suffocate (Presumably would die if left alone.).

What I expected to happen was...:
 Avatar wakes up to the side of the bed, with enough open space.

What actually happened was...:
 Avatar wakes up from bed, but ends up partly in a block above and starts to suffocate (Presumably would die if left alone.).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Got to bed. Bed must have a block's worth of empty space above it and then any kind block above that.
2. Have avatar wake up.
3. Avatar has it's head stuck in a block and starts to suffocate. This only sometimes happens though, sometimes it goes as expected.
