[MC-170325] Players plays hand animation when throwing items, but villagers throwing items do not.

The players will plays hand animation when throwning items, but villagers (breads, carrots .etc.) do not, despite villagers has real hand.

But if you held a item, the villagers will held want to trade items, so villagers has real hand.

Why would they even need a hand animation when their arms are always connected? That doesn't make sense at all.
