I stumbled upon this ship while end raiding. It was just like this when I found it. The rest of the city is fine but this ship is generated incorrectly. I guess the part that is not generated is outside of the city's bounding box.

MC-96998 says that this problem is resolve but clearly it's not cause I'm having this issue in the latest release of the game right now.

This is a duplicate of MC-96998 just because something is resolved doesn't mean it can't come back. Also that report has been reopened.
