[MC-170406] Crossbow Doesn't Shoot

When I use a Crossbow, the arrows doesn't get shot, and the crossbow resets, but I lose the arrows.
I Searched for the problem in Jira and has been marked as solved, but It still happen In 1.15.2

Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

Your computer cannot handle that game with the current settings. It might help lowering the view distance. It's currently set to 12 which is way too high for this 10 years old low end cpu.
