Every Resource pack reload causes more and more lag leading to a crash.

Every time I enable/disable or F3+T a resource pack the game slowly gets worse until the game stops. This happens in both singleplayer and multiplayer servers.

Environment

Windows 10 Pro, Java 8, Minecraft 1.15.2, Java Edition.

This was supposed to be fixed in 1.15.2, see MC-167219.

Oh my bad, I didn't notice I was still using 1.15.1 thanks for the help though!
