I have restarted my computer, shutdown and turned it on, and made sure all updates are in order and I still cannot open the application. I purchased it yesterday and I haven't even been able to play it.

I have the same Problem. I bought the today morning and for some reason it also doesn't open it actually does but I have to Spam it 100 times and that's anoying. And after that I can't join any server I add. Are there any solutoins for this if not is it possible that I can get my money back cause I wasted it for nothing. Thank's btw i'm new here.
