[MC-170723] Item frame becomes dark for a frame, then goes back to normal

Please Note: This issue started happening ever since 1.15 pre1

Basically, whenever I place an item frame, it become dark for like a single frame, then goes back to how it should look.

This might be a rendering engine problem
