High Enderman Spawn Rates In Warped Forests

It would be cool for a specific nether biome to have a higher enderman spawn rate, so you have a place to farm ender pearls for eyes of ender in the nether, however the spawn rate does seem ridiculously high as of now.

It seems like zombie pigmen don't spawn in the warped forest or soul sand valley, causing very high spawn rates for ghasts and endermen.
