[MC-170884] Hoglin don't teleport in nether portals

They won't go to the nether from the over world or the other way around

they can go in end portals

Sounds more like a feature but could be a bug.

While I can reproduce that they sometimes do not teleport (possibly if no portal exists on the other side?), this is not exclusive to hoglins. And once you went through the portal and go back, they do teleport.
Possibly MC-151648 describes this issue.

Apparently, if you block one of the sides of the portal in the overworld, the hoglins can't teleport. If you block the portal leaving one horizontal space, he teleports instantly, though.
