Items don't get burned up by fire using Flint and Steel

Normally items will burn up by the fire we create with Flint and Steel (and found naturally in the nether biomes), but in this snapshot it seems that the fire don't burn up the items at all.

(This could be the introducion of Netherite tools that can survive in lava, that caused this bug to accure!)
