Stained glass and other transparent blocks no longer render their inside face in item drop form

The bug

In 1.15.2 and earlier, stained glass would render their inside faces when dropped as an item or in item frames or held by entities. In 20w06a they no longer render the inside face, instead you can only see the front face. See provided screenshots.
