crash, = always crashing, does not work!

We paid a lot of money for this and now it is only crashing, cannot be used.

I am not a technological expert so if the company or anyone here can send me precise instructions on what to do that will be appreciated.

When this questionnaire asked me for a version number above I saw in Minecraft it says it is version 1.0.0, but this questionnaire refuses to have that entered, says there is no such version! I was forced to pick 1.5.1 at random even though the software itself says that it is 1.0.0
