cant add a new server PLZ HELP

I was trying to play a Minecraft sever but when I put in the ip I noticed the done button was blacked out ive tried everything to fix it plz help me.

You need to type the ip in the bottom box, the top box is for the name

bro even when I do that its still blacked out
