cannot see upstream water particles from the outside, maybe make more particles and make them go out of the water so they can be seen
how to recreate:
1.make a hole
2.put soul sand at the bottom
3.put water all the way from the top to the bottom of the hole

i thought it was different that MC-161917 because i'm proposing how to fix it by making the particles go darther on the sides of the water so they actually render above
