[MC-171620] Axing down new nether wood slabs take a long time.

Axing a crimson or warped wooden slab does not match the time it takes to axe down its block equivalent.

I use Redstone very often and I know a lot of people use slab towers and things like that (including me) and they might be annoyed like me if they used the new slabs and they made an error (or errors) and it would take a bit more time to axe down slabs.
