[MC-171641] Can't use shield in Offhand after using water bucket in Main Hand

Steps to reproduce:

Place a shield in the offhand;
Equip a bucket in the main hand;
Use the bucket to pick/place water/lava;
The shield is now unusable.

A quick fix is just to re-equip the shield. 😛

Duplicate of MC-126337, which is intended game behavior.

This is clearly not intended game behavior because it happens only after using a bucket, independent of witch item I may have in my main hand, the shield becomesunusable, like in the video.
