When the programmer art resource pack is enabled there is a very apparent inconsistency when transitioning between nylium and its variants to the original netherrack counterpart.

This is effectively a duplicate of MC-169889. New textures are not being retroactively added to the programmer art resource pack, as this is considered legacy. Therefore, the old textures will not be updated to connect to the newer ones.
