[MC-172117] Hoglin has a dark green and red texture on the 3rd line of its hair pixels

In the last snapshot, 20w06a, Hoglin had regular texture on its hair on the 3rd line in the front.

In this snapshot, 20w07a, its 3rd line appear to have a some sort of texture error where it's dark green on the left and red to the right.
