[MC-172137] Piglins with crossbows that turn into Zombie Pigmen don't keep crossbow

The Bug
When a Piglin with a crossbow transforms into a Zombie Pigman it doesn't keep the crossbow. The crossbow turns into a Golden Sword.

Replicate

Spawn a Piglin with a Crossbow in Overworld (I did this by spamming the spawn egg till I got one)
Watch the Piglin transform into Zombie Pigman
Notice Crossbow turns into Golden Sword

This is intended behaviour. When the Piglin turns into a Zombie Pigman, it loses its armor as well as anything it's holding.

Resolved as a duplicate of MC-172121.

This bug was not really a duplicate of that bug, it was actually “fixed” in 20w22a and now crossbow piglins that are zombified keep their crossbow. This may be unintended?
