[MC-172560] I cant get any damage in survival

I have this trouble for months, i get damage from all the mobs but i cant get damage of fire, drowning or falling, and i dont knwo why, im not in creative and in the ole game i didnt change the game mode, I need help with this because this bug make minecraft less entertaining to play

Did you open the world in any 1.15 snapshots? If so, it's possible that the gamerules fireDamage, drowningDamage and fallDamage have been set to false due to a bug in one of the snapshots.

try opening to lan with commands on and type these three commands seperately:
/gamerule fireDamage true
/gamerule drowningDamage true
/gamerule fallDamage true

that should get all your damage back on.
