When mining Crimson and Warped blocks (besides the planks), the speeds are unaffected, no matter what tool you use.
How to Reproduce:
Find a good axe
Enchant your axe (With Efficiency V)
Place a Crimson/Warped-related block
Mine it
❌ - Mining speeds remain the same regardless of enchantment
