Villagers don't restock trades at all.

I have some villagers and I traded some books about an in-game week ago and they still haven't stocked up. I've even tried leveling them up but nothing has worked

EDIT: I figured out why. It was the issue someone reported with the villager having trouble with finding the workstation.
