Mincraft not working properly

When playing Minecraft:

1. Dragging an item in the inventory doesn't work

2. Cannot run command ("/" sign doesn't let me type the command)

3. Sometimes it is mining even if not clicking the mouse.

4. Sometimes put blocks without asking
