[MC-172874] Arrow Not showing in Bow when drawing after accessing chest or dispenser

When Pulling back a bow after opening a dispenser the arrow was not showing up in the bow. The bow was on a weird angle until released. Note this is only a visual bug the arrow still fires and as soon as you reset the bow it doesn't happen
