[MC-1731] Can't place torches on floor next to a wall

If you try placing a torch on the floor when there's a wall next to it the torch automatically places itself in the wall's block.

Can confirm. Favours west-most wall.

As per screenshots, tried to put torch on east wall...it jumped across to west wall. All walls including floor exhibit this behaviour.
