[MC-173207] Bullseye advancement can be made when using a non-arrow projectile, even though the description explicitly mentions arrows

The bug

The new advancement, Bullseye, has the description Hit the bullseye of a Target block with an arrow, however it can be triggered using snowballs. Was also able to trigger with eggs and tridents.

I feel they should just change the advancement text instead of disallowing other projectiles

Should just change from "an arrow" to "a projectile"

Worth noting this was "fixed" by changing the description; other projectiles still work.
