[MC-173236] Since Minecraft 1.15, i cant play for longer then 10 minutes without crashing

Hi!

So with the new update of 1.15 and above, my minecraft constantly crashes without a single reason. Im always getting the same crash report, i tried different ideas of the bug reports of previous entries similar to this but so far nothing worked. This is the error message i get to look at on a daily basis:

literally same. I load my minecraft and it crashes after 30 seconds of being glitchy!

Also game is modified (optifine).

game is modified, does the same unmodified too. Optifine was an idea to try and fix the issue. Failed tho
