[MC-173324] Bow model does not display arrow when charged

When charging the bow the icon in the hotbar updates, but the model does not. The pictures show before, in 1.15.2, and now in the snapshot.

This might have been a random one time issue, as I can't make it happen again. The bow animates/updates like normal now. It's so weird though, because it did nothing for the longest time. 0_o
