When I was trying to spawn Zombiefied Piglin it just disappeard I tryied many more times to spawn it but it didn't spawn.

You're playing on the difficulity peaceful (superflat and no slimes), so zombified piglin will despawn as they're part of the zombie (hostile) group.
I just hope Mojang sees this
