Two anvils stacked vertically can be jumped onto.

https://youtu.be/VjEdsCWxRUk  -- Didn't get voiceover but showcases glitch.

When two anvils are stacked on top of eachother, you are able to jump on top of the anvils. This only applies to the top two anvils. Works with all three types of anvils in every direction. This is likely due to the anvil hitboxes, but I have no idea. Works in singleplayer and multiplayer.

Can you clarify what the issue is? This seems normal to me. The base of the anvil is wider than the top, and since the player jumps a bit more than a block up, it isn't surprising that you can jump onto the base of a higher anvil.

Referring to https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Player a player can jump up to 1.25219 blocks, and the base of the higher anvil is 1.25000 higher than the ground; everything is normal than.
