Too many Ghasts in Soul Valley

There are way too many ghasts in Soul Valley... It's hard to get around with a bunch of Fire Charge balls start shooting at you. Especially when there's soul sand slowing you down and enderman and skeletons too. Please reduce the spawn rate of Ghasts in the soul valley biome.
