[MC-173828] Village church entrance does not generate correctly

Village churches seem to have their entrance blocked by stairs. They also don't have doors and have no entrance floor block. This is caused by the fix of MC-165518

Since MC-174070 is a duplicate of this, can you add to the description that it is missing door and the entrance floor block?
